Just like a tent, table and chairs rentals for parties, our company operates the same way. Backdrop stands, walls, panels, and other event decor are our from our inventory and are provided as rentals. We will return for our inventory at the conclusion of your event.

We use the highest quality, premium grade biodegradeble balloons from our national suppliers. Almost all of your balloons can possibly remain inflated for weeks (in some cases, we’ve heard even months from our customers!). However, balloons naturally oxidize within a few days, especially when exposed to factors like sunlight, heat, and oxygen. This process can cause the balloons to lose their shine and develop a matte/cloudy appearance. You can purchase a special balloon shine from a party store to replenish their appearance, if you would like. Please be very careful when spraying any type of balloon shine. It causes floors to become extremely slippery.

Yes, this service is provide for a multi-day rental fee. Please discuss this when you are booking your event, so we can ensure the additional days are available.

We allow services to be retained well in advance of the event date and currently encourage clients to retain services as soon as a venue is secured to guarantee our availability.

Not necessarily! For outdoors set ups, there are so many variables and natural elements that are out of our control such as heat, wind, rain, insects, etc. The location of your backdrop is very IMPORTANT! We’ll always advise and will request to set up in a shaded area, NOT in direct sunlight. We want you to fully enjoy the longevity of the balloons!! .

Once we set up your backdrop, please do NOT attempt to move, lean, change, or sit on it. We will return, as scheduled, to break it down and remove it for you. Caution: Please ensure that children avoid playing with freely around the backdrop.

No, we do not return if you purchase Grab N Go services, such as balloon garlands and balloon towers. These are always yours to keep! Customers can repurpose them or easily dispose of them when finished using the balloons. We only return if our service to you included one of our backdrop rentals. We will return to collect our inventory items and clean up for you.

We accept credit, debit, and ACH payments via our client portal. We also have payment plan options available through Klarna and Afterpay!

Yes, we offer in-person consultations. These are completely optional, helpful for large-scale events so that the details are ironed to before the event day. In-person consultations are subject to a fee.

We are located in Woolwich Township, NJ and service the surrounding states including Pennsylvania, and Delaware. While we are happy to travel an additional delivery or shipping fee is applicable to locations outside of our direct service area(s).
