Our Design Process

Please read the following to ensure that your events gets reserved properly. Our PROCESS IS SIMPLE!

Step #1: Submit Event Booking Request Form: To properly reserve your date, and begin the process, please submit an Event Booking Form.

Our required timeframes for booking request allows us to ensure the availability for your specific date, and properly prepare specific items for your decorations.

  • Our Timeframes for Booking Request:

    • Full Backdrops -2-4 weeks in advance. The earliest the better! Depending on your specific decorations, 2 weeks may be sufficient.

    • Marquee Displays, Balloon Columns/Towers, Balloons Walls, Arches, Loose Garlands - 1.5 -2 weeks in advance.

    • TeePee Sweet Dreamy Slumber Parties - 1.5 -2 weeks in advance.

Step #2: Let’s Talk Details For Your Special Day! Once we receive your Event Booking Form, we will contact you by calling you to review and discuss all your event details. A digital mock up may be provided.

Step #3: Invoice & Contract

Once we finalize all the details of your event decorations, a service agreement contract and customized invoice will be created and sent your way for you for your review (via email). You will be easily able to electronically sign your contract and submit your deposit.

Payment Required Policies: To officially book the date you selected, we require that you pay a 25% non-refundable deposit and sign your contract. The final full payment of 75% will be required 2 weeks prior to your event. If you are already at 2 weeks prior to your event, the full payment will be due at the time of booking so that all balloons and necessary materials can be ordered promptly.

Step #4: Delivery & Event Day!

A week before your event date we’ll send you a message to confirm our delivery timeline and set up at your event venue or location.

All event items are owned by our company and are provided to you as rental items from our inventory. It’s just like renting a tent, or table and chairs from a party rental company! Our inventory items will be collected at the conclusion of your event. All balloon garlands and specific customized items (with names, dates) are always yours to keep!
